LOVEFY Creative Studio delivers social media management, brand identity, website design, SEO, and paid advertising. All commercial engagements are governed by custom written proposals and service agreements detailing deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones.
All fees published on this website are indicative and exclude applicable GST (18%). Specific project costs and monthly retainer rates are formalized in written contracts. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance, and custom design/web projects follow milestone-based payment schedules.
Upon final payment settlement, clients receive ownership rights to bespoke brand assets, website source code, and approved graphics created specifically for their engagement, subject to standard licensing for third-party fonts, software libraries, and assets.
These terms are construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
