Welcome to Lovefy! These Terms govern your use of https://lovefy.in and our personalized digital gift creation services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

• Personalized Websites — custom love story and anniversary sites (from ₹499)
• Proposal Websites — interactive proposal experiences (from ₹799)
• Custom Song Videos — cinematic videos with AI-generated songs (from ₹999)
• Voice Love Letters — professional voice audio from your message (from ₹249)
• Digital Love Books — interactive flipbook digital albums (from ₹399)
• "Our Places" Map — interactive map of your special locations (from ₹499)

All services are digital products delivered via web links. Each gift is custom-made, private, and mobile-responsive.

2. Ordering Process

• Orders placed via website customizer, WhatsApp, or email
• Confirmed only after payment is received
• Delivery timeline begins after you submit all required content
• Delays in content submission will delay your delivery

3. Payment Terms

• All prices in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of all taxes
• Accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe
• Payments processed securely via Razorpay/Paytm — we do not store card details
• No hidden charges — the price you see is the final price

4. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 24–48 hours from content submission (included in all packages)
• Rush Delivery: Within 24 hours guaranteed for an additional ₹199
• If we miss the deadline due to our fault, you are eligible for a full refund

5. Revisions

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Completely new concepts are not considered revisions.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Before work begins (within 2 hours of payment): 100% refund (minus payment gateway fees)
• After work begins: 50% refund
• After delivery: No refund, but revisions are available

Full refund eligible if: we miss the guaranteed deadline, or the delivered product significantly differs from agreed specifications.

7. Content Submission & Your Responsibilities

By submitting content, you confirm:

• ✅ You own all rights to the content you submit, or have permission to use it
• ✅ Content does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
• ✅ All people in photos/videos have consented to their use
• ✅ Information provided is accurate and complete

Prohibited: sexually explicit material, content promoting violence or hatred, copyrighted music you don't own, illegal or defamatory content. Orders with prohibited content will be cancelled with no refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• Lovefy's website design, templates, code, and branding are owned by Lovefy
• You retain full ownership of all content you provide
• Your final gift comes with a personal, non-commercial license — you may share it but not sell or redistribute it

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Services are provided "as is."

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use our services for illegal purposes, submit harmful content, commit fraud, hack our systems, resell our services without permission, or scrape our website.

11. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of India (IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019)
• Disputes first resolved through friendly negotiation, then mediation, then arbitration if needed
• You retain all rights as an Indian consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

12. Privacy

Please review our complete Privacy Policy. Key: all content is 100% confidential, photos deleted 30 days after delivery, we never sell your information.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and a website banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, you are 18+ years of age, and all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
