Your name, partner's name, contact info, service choice, 10–30 photos depending on service, your love story, special messages, and any preferences (colors, music style, design).

How do I share my photos?

After payment, we send a secure private upload link via WhatsApp. Upload everything there — fast, simple, and 100% secure.

Can I order as a surprise?

Absolutely! Most customers order as surprises. Use your own contact info for communication, and we'll send the final gift link to you. Share it with your partner whenever the moment is right.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes — free of charge. We'll hold your completed gift and send it at the exact time you specify. Perfect for midnight surprises on birthdays and anniversaries!

How long does delivery take?

Standard: 24–48 hours from content submission.
Rush: Within 24 hours (+₹199).
Timeline starts AFTER you submit all content.

How will I receive my gift?

A secure private link sent via WhatsApp and email. Click it to open instantly on any device — no app needed. The link stays active indefinitely.

Is there order tracking?

Yes — WhatsApp updates at each stage: Order Confirmed → Content Received → In Progress → Preview Ready → Final Delivery.

None. Only optional paid add-ons: Rush Delivery (₹199), Extra Revisions beyond included (₹99). Always disclosed before purchase.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Basic: 1 round | Surprise Pack: 2 rounds | Ultimate: Unlimited. Covers typo fixes, photo swaps, text changes, color/font adjustments.

How long do I have to request revisions?

7 days from delivery (Basic/Surprise), 14 days (Ultimate). After this window, revisions cost ₹99–₹299 depending on scope.

What if I want a complete redesign?

Major redesigns (new theme, layout, added sections) are charged ₹99–₹299. We'll always quote upfront — no surprise fees.

Is my content kept private?

100% confidential. Your photos/videos are stored on encrypted servers, accessible only to the team member working on your order, never shared publicly, and automatically deleted 30 days after delivery.

Can I request data deletion?

Yes, anytime. Email hello@lovefy.com or WhatsApp +91 89233 73715. We process deletion within 30 days.

Can I password-protect my gift?

Yes! Request password protection during ordering. We'll set a custom password so only people you share it with can access the gift.

What devices will my gift work on?

All devices — iPhones, Android phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. No app required.

Can I download my gift for offline viewing?

You can take screenshots and screen recordings. A downloadable PDF version is available as an add-on for ₹199.

What if the link stops working?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We maintain backups of all delivered gifts and will restore access within 24 hours at no charge.
