50% refund — partial work has been completed by our team.
After Delivery
No refund for digital products. Free revisions available within 7 days.
Lovefy-Initiated Cancellations
100% full refund, no deductions, immediate processing.
2. Refund Eligibility
You ARE Eligible for Full Refund If:
- We miss the confirmed delivery deadline (our fault)
- Severe technical issues making product unusable (reported within 48 hours)
- Product significantly differs from agreed specifications
- Non-delivery within 7 days of promised date
You Are NOT Eligible If:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Subjective design preferences (font/color choices)
- Recipient's reaction was not what you hoped
- You provided incorrect information
- Minor issues fixable via revisions
